Nadartimer.com requires that coaches register and agree to the subscription fee schedule to use the system. Nadartimer.com enables registered teams and their coaches to create and manage away meet timing assignments, including swim meet sessions, timing shifts, and timer assignments. Nadartimer.com automates and simplifies timing management enabling coaches to focus on their swimmers, rather than filling timing chairs.
Registration - FAQ
Coaches
The registration process takes place in two steps.
Step 1: Account Creation - includes creating your account and verifying your email. Provide the following information:
- Username (required) - Select an account username that is unique.
- Password (required) - Passwords must be a minimum of 12 characters in length and contain at least:
- One Uppercase character,
- One Lowercase character,
- One number 0 -9, and
- One of the following special characters #.?!@$%^&*[]{}
- First Name (required) – Your first name.
- Last Name (required) – Your last name.
- Middle Initial (optional) – Your middle initial.
- Preferred Name (optional) – Your preferred name, if left blank, your first name will be used on all emails and communications.
- Email Address (required) – Your contact email address, email addresses are verified before registration is complete.
- Contact Phone (required) – Your contact phone used only for official communications.
Step 2: Email Verification – Follow the instructions in the email received from admin@nadartimer.com to verify your email address.

Check the email account that you registered with for the account activation email from Nadartimer.com. If the email is not in your inbox, check your spam and junk mail folders.
If the email was not received within 10 minutes of registration, you may resend it by using the Resend Account Activation link on the Nadartimer.com Coach -> Register page.
